What do I need to submit?
Completely filled out and signed PNB Housing Loan Application Form
Photocopy of one (1) government issued valid ID such as Drivers License, Passport, UMID, SSS, etc.
Photocopy of marriage contract (if applicable)
Signed Client Consent Form
Appraisal fee* Php 5,000 for regular loan account while Php 6,000 for construction loan (non-refundable).
If locally employed:
Latest certificate of employment with compensation
Latest Income Tax Return
If self-employed:
Latest Certificate of Business Registration with DTI/SEC
Articles of Incorporation/Partnership (if applicable)
Latest Income Tax Return and Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) years
Bank statements for the past six (6) months
List of three (3) Major Suppliers/Customers with contact details (as trade references)
If OFW:
Latest certificate of employment with compensation or job contract
Latest POEA Contract for seafarers
Notarized/Consularized Special Power of Attorney
